MESD'26 uses a differentiated fee structure to keep participation accessible to researchers and students while reflecting the higher institutional capacity of corporate delegates. All rates are per person and apply to in-person attendance.
Invited participants: keynote speakers, chairs and invited speakers should select the fee category that best matches their status unless the Organising Committee has provided different registration instructions.

Payment, invoices and confirmation
Registration opens on 15 September 2026. Presenting authors and co-authors must provide a valid MESD'26 submission ID and may register only after the related contribution has been accepted. Non-presenting participants, keynote/chair/invited speakers and accompanying persons do not need a submission ID. The applicable fee period is fixed on the date the registration form is successfully submitted, so participants will not lose an early-bird rate because the secure payment service is still being finalised. Payment will remain pending until secure payment instructions are issued. The conference website does not collect or store card details. Registration is confirmed only after full payment has been received.
