Good deals can be found online or through different airlines (e.g., EasyJet, Ryanair, TAP, Air France, British Air, etc.).

Currency
Euro is the official currency. There are major banks, ATM machines, and change bureaus scattered across the city. Change bureaus and banks charge a hefty currency conversation fee. The best rate is obtained by using a debit card at the ATM.
Visa Requirements
The European Union and Switzerland citizens do not need a visa. U.S. passport holders do not need a visa for a short stay (3 months). For other countries please visit the site https://www.visitportugal.com/en/sobre-portugal/info-util.
Night life
A typical night in Lisbon starts in Chiado’s cafes, these places are often used as a meeting point before dinner. After dinner, we suggest visiting the bars in Bairro Alto, open until 2 am. To end the night, we recommend you move down by the river to the docks of Alcantara, home to several bars and clubs.
If you don’t appreciate bars and clubs, you can always spend the evening at a Fado House, scattered in various locations around the city.
